I SAW "9" YESTERDAY (AT 9:30PM WHICH IS FITTING, LMAO) AND IT WAS GOOD. It would have been better in 3-D and definitely would have been better in IMAX and probably would have made my head explode in 3-D IMAX, BUT WHATEVER. 3, 4, and 6 are absolutely amazing. 7 kicks ass, and 9 is ... :) Well, everyone knows how I feel about Elijah Wood. The second kitten died this morning. I woke up to the first one dead on my birthday. I'm not sure exactly what was wrong with them, but we caught one of the male cats dragging the little ones off to rape them, so we think that might have been a big part of the problem.

The second one, I've had in my room for the past two days. He just got so sick, so fast. He wouldn't fall asleep unless he was on my chest and I was rocking him and singing to him. I feel so stupid starting to cry while I'm typing this up, but that kitten has been my life for the past two days. Feeding him, cleaning him, hearing him cry for me. He was almost constantly in my arms. It was so sweet how he just conked out the second I laid him to rest on his chest when he couldn't sleep.

I'd been sleeping on the floor with him....

I remember this morning I picked him up around 5:30am and I just knew that was it. He was so weak and fragile, he couldn't even make a sound. So I wrapped him up nice and warm in a towel and held him close and rocked with him for a good hour and a half, until he passed.

Goddamn. my aunt says I need to get used to this, because there are so many cats here, and she's buried so many babies. But how am I supposed to get used to it when she keeps giving me these babies to take care of during the last few hours of their lives, when there's nothing I can do but comfort them and love them because I don't fucking know what's wrong?

Jesus, it's heartbreaking.
